I made this cake for my two daughters’ birthday. The design was inspired by the awesome sheet cakes of CorrieCakes. My four-year-old kept saying “Will you make me a peanut butter and jelly Kai Lan cake??” So, of course, I did. The cake is peanut butter cake, with raspberry filling and raspberry buttercream.

Made this for a little boy who loves Thomas the Train and Harold the Helicopter. Harold is made from rice krispie treats. Each side of the hexagon cake has a tunnel with different train characters.
