I have been a passionate baker for over 30 years. During my school years I worked weekends and school holidays in our local bakery. This fuelled my pleasure in providing friends and family with home bakes and birthday cakes. Following university And having worked as a project development officer in a very busy organisation for years I feel it's time to take a step back and put the energy of hours spent working for someone else in to my own business. This is a major step but something I am very much looking forward to.
