Beautiful mini cakes for Christmas ,can be designed in any colour and style, time consuming but fun to do.

Topsy turvy cake, Madeira cake cut and shaped do it can fit on top of each other. Fun to make and once you know principles then you can adapt it to different styles and designs.

This cake was for my Wilton course 2 finals, it was designed as if many baskets are within one basket. Fun to make and not bad for a newbie.

I made those flowers for my class, had limited access to cutters, veiners and dust colours. At least I managed to produce two bouquets. Nice for a newbie.

My first go at making and wiring a hydrangea flower. Very easy to make.

Wired roses made with gum paste, dusted in purple. Beautiful spray.

I made this cake for my final day at Wilton 4 class. All flowers are wired into one long spray.

While taking my Wilton Course, I was asked to make a birthday cake that is different. So here is what I came up with.

Because I have a large family who always have something to celebrate, and because we always struggle to find the perfect cake for our occasions, i decided to learn how to bake and decorate cakes. Now after many years it has become a hobby of mine and it sort of took over me and I became addicted to this hobby.

Here is one of my cakes which was for my cousin engagement party.
