Here’s my video tutorial for making a sleeping baby in a Santa outfit. It can be made in sugarpaste/ modelling paste/ modelling chocolate/ marzipan. The sizes of the body parts relate to the size of the head, so it could be made small enough for cupcakes or larger for bigger cakes by simply adjusting the sizes of the head/ head mould. This is my all time favorite Chocolate cake. It’s a dense and rich, not light and spongy. Perfect for any Chocoholic. I personally prefer it with Chocolate Ganache. If you notice I have given you two different methods to make it.The first method will give you a slightly more lighter cake, andThe second lazy method will give you a slightly less light cake.Both are equally delicious.
