I loved doing this cake. The model is entirely edible.
Top tier is blue white and red on the inside, bottom tier is checkerboard.

This cake was a real achievement for me structurally. Glad i got there in the end. Its about half a metre high of pure vanilla sponge and vanilla buttercream.

If anyone has any tips on icing tall cakes, and how to prevent ‘bagging’ at the base please leave a comment xx
