This Birch Tree themed wedding cake was created for a Thanksgiving weekend wedding. It took me several attempts to recreate the look of bark but in the end I was pleased with the result. One of my favorite creations to date. All florals were handmade from gumpaste.

This cake was designed for a fall Birthday but could easily be an Anniversary or Wedding cake.
This cake was red velvet with a whipped icing. Pumpkins are fondant covered figs.

Bearrister Bear is ready for court. This cake was designed for a young lady getting called to the Bar.

A Pumpkin but there are not seeds inside. Its filled with carrot cake and cream cheese icing. A centerpiece for a thanksgiving table.

This was my first Haunted House cake and I loved every min. creating all the details. This creation is all cake and figures are all edible , handmade from gumpaste. I would say a good 15-20 hours were spent on this one.
