I was given a picture of the Mike the Knight cake by Little Cherry Cake Company and asked if I would make one, I was given their permission to do so and this is it! I’m quite pleased with ut as I’m totally self taught (for less than a year) and it was only the 2nd time I’ve made figures from modelling icing. :)

I was set a challenge of making a 3D Gonzo cake. I was quite pleased with this, it was entirely edible too!
