Sharing my sleeping dragon cake. I had the pleasure of attending a workshop with Elaine Thomas and made this little fella.
He’s hand carved from 2 6” sphere cakes, and completly edible sitting on a 12” board.

So happy with how this cake turned out. Its hand carved, and edible VW beetle. Made from a large 6” round vanilla sponge.

6” round Marilyn Monroe Cake – I used a stencil to hand paint the image to the top of the cake. Its a tricky process, and with the bold Black and white contrast I couldn’t afford to make too many mistakes. Really happy with the outcome.

This cake combines some of my favouirte things….. KFC and cake. Its all edible, the drumsticks are RKT and the chips are icing. The bucket consists of a stacked 6 & 7” rounds – Finger licking good!
