Everything is edible. Toilet is mudcake and vanity is buttercake with custard filling.
They never ended up cutting the cake. Weeks later the cake started weeping and was thrown out.

3 tiered heart shaped cake. One of my favourite wedding cakes.

I cut small rectangle pieces from a slab of mudcake and covered each piece with fondant. Add some details with more fondant and edible marker and top up with Mm’s. Kids love it.

This was for my Foster daughters 2nd birthday. Its the firs time I made a topsy turvy cake. Learnt heaps and was glad it turned out.

This cake was for a twin. It was the first time she was celebrating her birthday without her other twin. So she wanted a cake that was half of something. With the help of my sister, we came up with this.

Guitar Hero themed cake. Gumpaste guitar, stars and logo. Made silloutte guitarist all around the cake.

Did this for a friend. The lid is cardboard covered in fondant and the legs are cake pillars (non-edible). The rest is edible. This cake was transported 900kms and made it!

The birthday boy loves Gordan from the Thomas series. Bell is his surname, so I named the station after it. I used my own mold to make the trains face. I just pressed some gumpaste into a toy train to get the impression and let it dry stiff. THen I put some grey fondant into the mold and there you have it a gordan edible face.

I made this for a bakery that was celebrating their first year. I brushed the brown fondant with different dust to try and make it look as real as possible. Board covered with fondant to look like a table cloth. Seeds where made from fondant.. took forever!
