This is my first car cake. It is a VW Golf GTI, 53cm long.
All hand carved, made from chocolate mud with fresh raspberries and chocolate ganache. The head lights stayed on all night YAY.

This cake was made for a lovely girl who was a fabulous singer. I was given a picture of the piano to copy so I don’t know who the original designer is to thank.

Bottom cake is a 10” chocolate mud with fresh raspberries and chocolate ganache, Piano is also a 10” chocolate mud with fresh raspberries and chocolate ganache hand carved to get the shape. The lady is made from gumpaste.

This was my first Hen’s night (Naughty cake), The cake is Chocolate mud cake with fresh raspberries, coated with chocolate ganache and covered in fondant. I also had a plastic tube running down the cake with a syringe of baileys to squirt through the top. Ladies loved it. All eatable except for the hand cuffs. I Hope this cake does not offend anyone.
