I completed my education in Tourism and Hotel Management. At an early age, I read and worked in the sales and food and beverage departments of 5-star hotels. In 26 years of my active business life, I ran my own company in the last 6 years. I stopped working for a while due to health reasons. During this period, I took a pastry instructor, figurines, isomalt and airbrush educations from Turkey's leading sugar artists. Derin is my 17-year-old daughter's name. I created Derin Tatlar (Deep Tastes) inspired by my daughter and I present my works with this brand. I am currently working as the Administrative Affairs Manager in a private company. In the evening I continue my passion for pastry.
