My version of the Beautiful Peggy Porschen Creation made to a slightly larger scale. Bottom Tier is rich fruit cake (12”x5” high), middle tier is Chocolate Orange cake (10”x5”) and the top tier is vanilla sponge (8”x5”). All roses are handmade in petal paste.

Had a disaster with delivery on this cake…...Country roads, bumpy, steep hills and valleys. Main centre support popped out during transit and then the whole thing started to collapse over to one side with the steep hills. Thankfully, it was the rear of the cake that was effected the worst, though you can still see some damage on the bottom left tier. The Balls around the second tier all had to be re-made on site to hide the blue stains on the white fondant – where the whole thing had shifted. I cried all the way home :(

Bottom tier is Vanilla Sponge. The second tier is Chocolate Fudge cake, third Orange sponge and the top (which I left off for transport) was Rich fruit cake. The two mini cakes were gluten free chocolate cakes.

Bottom tier is Coffee cake with Mocha buttercream, middle and top tiers are vanilla butter cake with raspberry. All cakes are covered with flavoured Chocolate Paste – NOT FONDANT.

The customer had very specific ideas about what she wanted on her husbands 30th birthday cake. The Cinema ticket was specific to him, name, date, time, price, row, seat etc were all adapted to fit the event.
