This cake was a surprise gift for a pretty young girl VERO who celebrated her 21st birthday.

Friends of this couple wanted me to design a cake with bed, dancing couple and with their little son.

So this is what I created …. A BED ROOM….. King Size bed with deep diamond button upholstery effect
white carpet and Cute ADI playing with his toys on the wooden flooring with indirect lighting.

Carnival / Circus-Themed cake -
This cake was made in a buttercream base and embellished with a lot of detailed fondant work.
All the accents on this cake was carefully hand-crafted to match exactly what the client was looking for.
The fondant monkey, seal & clown were creatively made and the buntings just made this cake look even more festive.

1962 Fiat 1100 “Super Select” Car Cake -

This is my first car cake & I was quite nervous about doing this one,
as I was unable to source any blue-prints/scaled drawings,
so the cake had to be made entirely from photos & pictures.
The Cake is replica of the car my friend owns.

I was rather chuffed with how it turned out in the end!
The cake was small, and was hours and hours of work.
I worked on it over a 2-day period,
and every time I thought it was done,I found more details that needed to be added!

The cake is carved from Vanilla cake,islayered with ganache, and is all edible.

HANA celebrated her birthday this past weekend and I was asked to create a pink & black cake
with her dress design incorporated on the cake as the centerpiece for her party.

The two tier cake includes baby pink fondant,
the top tier with polka dots and the bottom teir had various sizes stripes in shades of pink & black.

I added Black & White Zebra strips bow.
Also attached net fabric around the board to give the cake a look,as her dress.

Flavors and fillings included Blueberry Cake with buttercream filling.
