I took three Wilton courses about 20 years ago and worked as a cake decorator for a short time in and outside of my home. Being a single parent at the time the expense was too much so I had to stop.
Now that my son is grown, married and out on his own and with the encouragement of my new husband I've decided to pick cake decorating up as both a hobby and as a way to make extra money.
