Todays wedding cake set up at Rhinefield House in the New Forest.
bottom 2 tiers are a 12 inch vanilla with a 10inch carrot and on the top a tower of 100 cake truffles infused with a selection of alcohol liquers

Sarah and Edmonds favourite film is ‘UP’ which is also one of mine so when he called me and asked me to make some proposal cupcakes based on their favourite film, I was very excited to take on something I have not done before! And, she said YES! Characters hand cut and ring box made from gumpaste.
The theme is based on a design Edmond found online.

I made this cake for my brother in laws 30th, the cake itself was a massive 10 inches square by 7 inches high! Jakes head was made from RKT covered in fondant and each piece of fur hand cut, took 10 hours to make the head!
