Hi!!! I'm fairly new to making/decorating cakes! I started off by taking the Wilton classes with some friends and really LOVED it!! I work full-time in a geropsychiatric facility. I am a RN case manager. I am married with 4 beautiful kids sooo cake decorating is a fun side job! I'm looking for great new techniques...or old ones that are new to me :)
