I use cookies instead of the cake and i use royal icing to cover it that’s why i called it cookie pop. It’s easy to make and you can use anykind of cookie and marmalade :) Hope you like it.

I posted a few days ago Sydney will be turning 21, and I am creating a few different cakes for her to choose from for her party. This is the first cake for her to view. OK, so I posted some time back in one of the forum posts about how I achieve sharp edges on fondant, and while for the most part my technique is much the same, I am always learning how to do things better and I’ve changed some things. Here are some examples of cakes I’ve done using this method:

Hello!! After several requests to do a tutorial for my Mickey & Goofy Car, I finally had some free time and did a gathering of some photos.
