I created my first cake when I was 8 years old. Valentine Cake for my mother. I grew up on watching my mother bake from scratch, meals as well as her favorite desserts, any kind, pies, cookies, cakes, I have honed my own skilles and bake a wide variety of desserts, for birthdays, weddings, graduations, any occasions.. I have baked now for well over 40 plus years now and have focused on Cheesecakes. I should say at the moment.. I love sharing all my recipes and knowledge to fellow bakers/decorators.
