I bake, chocolatier and decorate cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, chocolate confections etc. for parties, special occasions and holidays. What makes my business unique is that I only use fresh ingredients with from scratch recipes, no boxed or pre-made mixes.
My prices are competitive and comparable to Wegmans and Sam's Club. I also bake gluten-free, dairy free, vegan friendly and diabetic freindly confections. I am gluten-free and therefore take particular care with what I put in my cakes.
I offer discounts, coupons, and special incentives on a monthly basis and especially before holidays. The first Monday of every month is a giveaway with the item to be announced a few days beforehand.
I have completed all 4 Wilton Courses including the Advanced class for gum paste flowers and sprays. I have also completed a Modern Buttercream class, a Fondant Figurine Class and a Topsy Turvy cake class.
