3 tier fondant covered wedding cake with a simple cascade of hearts. Chocolate mud cake with ganache for the bottom tier, lemon cake with lemon curd & white choc ganache for tier 2 and the top tier was vanilla cake with raspberries & white choc ganache. Topper provided by the bride.

An extra special cake, this one was for my own Mum to celebrate her 60th birthday. Chocolate & caramel mud cakes layered with chocolate ganache form the bottom tier. The top tier is chocolate fudge cake with orange flavoured white choc ganache. Surrounded by milk chocolate and decorated with red fondant roses & topped with Maltezers.

3 tier wedding cake. Covered in fondant with black and white fondant swirls and accented by silver cashous. Most of the swirls were formed using a stencil to imprint the pattern and then extruded fondant was stuck to the outline, it helped to make them consistent.

The ceramic bride and groom topper was supplied by the couple for the top of the cake, after having it personalised to reflect themselves.

An engagement cake for a couple who are more into gourmet food than romance and “soppy love stuff”.... the fruits and biscuits are real, cake is fondant covered.

The request was for a 60’s rock n roll cake for a 60th Birthday. We decided to go with a 60’s diner scene complete with a Jukebox topper. Quite by coincedence, the jukebox topper matched the wall friezes decorations at the party…how Perfect!!!

This cake was ordered as a gift for an Australian couple who recently got married whilst on holiday in the USA. The request was for multiple elements depicting New York , central park, the bride and groom and their love for dragon boat racing.

A selection of dessert portions made for a charity Halloween Ball. Had to be easily eaten without the need for plate and cutlery. We have Choc Orange jack-o-Lantern cake squares, Blood and Bone mini cheesecakes with raspberry sauce and white choc. Bats and ghost choc coated oreaos, Spooked kitty black forest cupcakes and woopie poies with halloween sprinkles.

Pink and white buttercake layers, with pink and white fondant covering, LOTS of assorted size silver cashous…. I swear more ended up on the floor than on the cake :-) Topper was made with plastic bling sheet, cut to form the number 18 and backed with pink fondant.

for a little 3 year old boy who is Herbie crazy. he went ballistic when he saw his cake… and wouldnt let up until he was given the topper.

The brief was for a blue and yellow cake with stars on top.

The only direction given for this cake was that the birthday boy wanted 2 tiers of chocolate…. so that’s what he got… brushed with some gold shimmer here and there.
