Originally this cake was supposed to be a barbie themed cake but since it is almost impossible to find a doll pick here in manila, I decided to be a bit more creative.. I made everything just within the day including the ballerina which is handmade. Adorned with gold royal icing pipings and white flowers, I’d say I did a fine job.

Inside this cake is a decadent yet moist chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and crumble coating of buttercream. If there was anything I would’ve done different, I’ll do my buttercream thinner next time :)
