Mini Cake jewelry box and charm bracelet made out of fondant.

This is my first time making Mini Cakes. Vanilla & Chocolate with Dulce de Leche in the middle. I ganached them with chocolate then decorated with fondant.

I now understand why those who get a large order for these want to run and hide : ).

Fondant Baby Christening / Baptism Cake Topper

I was asked to make a cake for an Award Ceremony and then was asked to put Happy 77th Birthday Harriet somewhere on the cake. I have seen several two themed cakes and wanted to try one so when they requested this, I was excited to finally try it. This is what I came up with.

The roses are modeling chocolate and royal icing filigree butterflies.

Baby Girl Baptism Cake. The lovely praying hands and baby topper were inspired by Dina’s Cake Toppers from a photo provided by the customer.

Made this cake for my niece who wanted a swimming pool but had a Hawaiian themed birthday party with Tiki’s every where.

Snickers Cupcakes

Spring inspired cupcakes.

This cake was made for a family who was celebrating the birthday of 5 members in February. All their names were around the cake.

6”x 3 vanilla cake with vanilla whipping ice and strawberry glaze and 8” x 3 chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and crushed candy covered coffee beans with raspberry glaze. Cakes were ganached and covered in fondant. Made for Corral 118’s Award Ceremony.

Wanted to share this fondant Valentine cake topper. It measures 6” x 7”.

Fondant baby Baptism / Christening Cake Topper

Chocolate Raspberry cupcakes with homemade raspberry glaze and chocolate ganache in the middle topped with buttercream frosting, a piece of chocolate and raspberry.

Made these teddy bears with fondant and tylose powder. The boy measures 31/2” by 2 1/2” and the girl measures 3” x 2 1/2”.
