Hi all I stumbled across cake decorating nearly four years ago now, and the sheer fulfilment of creating sweet artistic creations from eggs and flour etc has become more than just a hobby! It's a great passion of mine now and has taken over my kitchen I'm fully registered and insured with my local council and business is picking up fast! I am also a mum of 3 and work part time so carrying out the school run covered in icing sugar and so on is a regular occurrence but stepping back and looking at your finished masterpiece is what makes cake decorating so enjoyable for me! X
