Couture Lace

I created this bespoke wedding cake for a classic wedding with a modern twist. The lace and diamante inspiration cake from the brides dress. The crystal unfortunately is not edible as I find the intricate detail is lost in the sugar diamante. The groom’s favourite cake was Battenburg, which is what I made the top tier in, the rest are fruit :)
