Congratulation to the married couple Tomáš and Evka :)

This cake was a gift for them. Design was created to correspond with their wedding invitations, witch were also made by me. Upper tier has taste of cherries in rum and chocolate. Lower tier has raspberry and white chocolate creme filling.

It took me a looong time to make all these flowers, but I’m quite satisfied with the result :)

The tower is made by french macarons filled with chocolate. The main cake is filled with my own recipe egg-flip cream and chocolate filling :) all with rum…

I made this cake for my father’s namesday. It was chocolate inside with cream filling. I enjoyed making it :)

My mother and brother celebrate birthday together, and it was quite hard for me to create visually attractive concept. I also fought with the lack of time, so the details were not finished, as I wanted them to be.

Cake for my boyfriend – student of architecture. So my aim was to make it abstract, geometric and colorfull.
And tasty of course :) Filled with peach cheese cream. Covered with home made chocolate fondant.

Unconventional 50 birthday cake for friend of my father.

These are my gingerbread St. Nicolaus cupcakes. Each one for a particular person. I hope you like it :)
They are filled with caramel icing and citrus icing on the top.
