I found my passion a little late in life and may be by accident. I'm officially a bilingual teacher and loved it. But in 2006 moved to Russia and because I was very bored and depressed starting taking baking lessons from a friend. Nothing formal, not even how to decorate a cake, just to bake scones and cinnamon rolls and cake , rolled cookies etc. After 3 years of learning I moved back to Mexico and started my very informal baking business ( how to learn to decorate cakes my self via youtube) after 9 months in Mexico, moved to Houston and the rest is history.
I have had the time of my life! learning and baking everyday.
I look forward to win a competition now, for that I bet 2018 is my year!
