Well, I guess it’s a matter of practice practice practice.
Some people have no fear of working with fondant but for me…Im terrified of fondant.
I have The Mat which does help…but laying it on a 10” square cake and trying to work fast enough so it doesnt tear is nerve racking. I think I need a good lesson in fondant. Ive watch plenty on youtube and a few online courses but I think I want an “hands on” class. Anyone know of any good classes in the Chicagoland area?

I started taking a Wilton class at Michaels (flowers and cake designs)

This was my first attempt at these flowers.

I placed the dice with a BUNCO on 1’ s and wouldnt you know…..the birthday girl BUNCOed three times with 1’s!
