I am a passionate hobby baker. I love making cakes for friends and relatives. I like to research baking techniques used today and in the past, locally and around the world. I live in the sunny island of Malta, in the Mediterranean Sea . I have a degree in Home Economics and I am an assistant head of school in a state primary school. I am married with one daughter who is 16 years old. I love all animals and have two dogs, one of which is a rescue dog. My dream is to be able to take early retirement and just bake :) Xxxxxxx
