Based in Haslemere, south west Surrey, England, I have been designing and creating bespoke wedding and celebration cakes for over 15 years, with the emphasis on a personal service.
I hold a City & Guilds qualification in Sugarcraft and Design.
My wedding cake designs are influenced by current wedding and fashion trends, and I produce two collections of new designs each year.
